Officer Melanie Hicks is sitting outside on a bench, talking to herself. 'This can't be happening! I can't go to jail!' he whispers under her brath. Detective Don Sudan walks up to her and he sits down next to her. 'I heard about your little incident,' he tells her. 'Sergeant Chase and I have something off the grid going on. We have a strike team. You are in a lot of trouble right now, but I can make this situation go away if you join our strike team,' he continues to tell her. 'I am willing to do anything!
