Josephine Rose is on theft tour; she is trying to open a door with a picklock when the police takes her by surprise. The criminal has to drop and tool, and then the police officer commands her in the correct arresting position. After taking off her beanie, Josephine gets her wrists tied tight dorsal with slim disposable zipties. Then she has to lay down on the floor with her hands ziptied behind the back. For an extra self-protection the officer ties her ankles with zipties, too.
