Hunter is suffering from a bad headache, and the noisy neighbors upstairs are making it worse. He goes up and finds two girls filming a party. When he confronts them, they say the apartment owner gave them permission. Hunter explains that he's the actual owner of the building. One of the girls, Masha, admits she got permission from the manager through an intimate favor. Furious, Hunter decides to evict them, and Dasha, angry at Masha, has anal sex with Hunter. Later, he demands their immediate eviction from the manager.
