Sinderella blames her parents for not having any expendable cash to enjoy herself. She doesn't want to work, nor does she want to get herself into a sugar situation. So after some research, she has found a compromise. When she finds out about Mr M, she really can't say no - the more she thinks about this business arrangement the more she gets excited - and money is the last thing on her mind.
